Who Is Covered by This Policy?

The Data Controller will aim to provide the relevant data within 14 days. If there is a delay, PL Projects Data Controller must tell that individual why there is a delay.

Data Retention

If you have applied for one of our job opportunities and have given our HR department consent to approach you for future opportunities, your contact details will be kept on our secured database system for two years. After that time, you will be contacted to complete a re-submission form which will ask you if you would still like to be informed by our HR department about any new opportunities we may have. If you choose not to remain on our system your data will be expunged from our databases.
