With a strong background in construction, IT, healthcare, and retail sectors, Mike has built a proven track record in developing and implementing planning standards, processes, governance, automated reporting systems, and integrated programme plans tailored to the client, enhancing decision-making and stakeholder engagement and communication.
Currently a Senior Planning Consultant at PL Projects Ltd, Mike is part of the management team, and leads the planning team, responsible for ensuring staff planning capability, capacity, and professional development.
Mike has provided high quality planning and project management consultancy to clients including NHS Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust, Compass Group, Capita, and Card Factory. His expertise spans strategic and detailed planning, risk and resource management, cutover management, and stakeholder engagement.
