Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ)

The course is intended to prepare participants for the Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) multi-choice examination which will be held at lunch time on the last day of the course. This is a nationally recognised qualification.



The course covers the basics of:

• Project Management definitions

• Project life cycle

• Business case

• Programme management

• Scheduling

• Risk management

• Issues

• Stakeholder management

• Project scope and quality

• Estimating and budgeting

• Change control

• Handover and closure

Those who are looking to gain a basic introduction and overview of the principles of project management, leading to a basic qualification.

No prior experience or knowledge is required for this qualification.

We run the PFQ course either as a 2.5 days full-time course or over 6 weeks (one evening per week) in Halifax and Barnsley currently.
